Health Innovation and Improvement Sharing Days (MU)

University of Missouri Health Innovation and Improvement Sharing Days provides an opportunity for system-wide sharing and dissemination of the wide range of exciting innovations and improvement initiatives occurring within the Schools of Health Professions, Medicine and Nursing; University Physicians (UP); and University of Missouri Health Care (MUHC).

Poster categories:

• Clinical Care. May include a wide variety of topics such as: reducing infections, fall rates, other adverse events, unplanned readmissions; improved patient; or staff satisfaction and engagement types of studies.
• Education & Training. May include undergraduate and graduate health professions, nursing and medicine, medical and surgical residencies and fellowships; continuing education including professional and staff development; and patient / family education types of studies, as well as interdisciplinary studies, teaching methods, and competency achievement types of studies.
• Research. May include clinical trials and clinical practice evaluation studies, population health studies, health informatics and health services research types of studies.
• Support Services. May include improvement work from a wide range of support services such as supply chain, fiscal and human resources management, marketing, facilities design and maintenance, food service, and administration.--2018 Call for posters.
