Abstract
This multimedia presentation at Open Repositories 2012 highlighted how the combination of a focus on the people behind the University of Missouri repository, MOspace, and full service deposit is working to build a culture of open access scholarship, ensuring that our local content has an impact on a global scale. We also suggested some ideas for speaking about your repository which personalizes the services as repositories offer mediated submission.
