Abstract
This presentation explained how the University of Missouri incorporated work on the institutional repository, MOspace, into the duties of existing acquisitions and cataloging staff. By emphasizing collaboration both within the library and with external constituents, items in MOspace become more easily discoverable by users. This presentation was given at the DSpace Users Group following the 2012 Scholarly Publishing and Resource Coalition (SPARC) Open Access meetings.
