Abstract

"What 4H club work is: Boys' and Girls' 4-H Club Work is a part of the national system of extension work in agriculture and home economics, and is directed in Missouri by the Missouri College of Agriculture and the United States Department of Agriculture in cooperation with counties, local communities and schools of the State. Through 4-H club work, rural boys and girls, 10 to 21 years of age, in school and out of school, are taught better agricultural and home economics practices, community building and the finer and more significant things of rural life."--Page 3.
