Abstract
"In fiscal year 2018 the University of Missouri Extension's Fire and Rescue Training Institute (MU FRT) underwent significant changes. It saw a change in leadership with the retirement of David Hedrick who served for eleven years with the Institute and was the 7th director in the history of the program. Kevin Zumwalt was named the Interim Director, serving with the Institute since 1983. The Institute saw other staffing changes within its Human Resources (HR) and Fiscal personnel reassigned as MU Extension reorganized to provide centralized services."--First page.
