Abstract
Atrazine is used on about 65 percent of all corn acreage and 69 percent of all grain sorghum acreage in the United States, and Missouri mirrors this level of use. Atrazine provides residual broad-spectrum weed control and can be used with both conventional and conservation tillage. Atrazine also has a higher margin of crop safety than many of its possible replacements. This publication provides best management practices for Atrazine.
