Abstract
"The several hypotheses advanced to describe distribution of charge in low energy fission processes have two objectives; (a) prediction of Zp, the most probable charge for a given mass, and (b) prediction of the width of the distribution around this most probable charge. Halpern (1) reviewed proposals made before 1959, and Coryell, Kaplan and Fink (2) reviewed those presented before 1960."--Page 1.
