"We aim to increase the NRC Connect patient satisfaction percentileranking for our fellow with attending, attending only and overall clinic focusing on 'Rate Provider' percentile by March 2017. We will achieve our goal with fellow-specific patient experience skill building sessions as well as distributing 'One thing to try' emails designed to coach physicians and staff on improving patient experience over a 12 week period."--Aim statement.
