Abstract
Lisandra Carmichael is the Head of the Access Services Department at the UM-St. Louis Libraries. She is responsible for the Circulation, Reserves, MOBIUS/MERLIN, Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery, and Shelving Units. Her primary mission in the University Libraries is to meet the educational and research needs of the University community by providing access to the Libraries' facilities, materials and resources.
