Abstract
This dissertation analyzes the impact of the adaptive digital narrative mechanism in the narrative of Condiciones Extremas and El primer Vuelo de los Hermanos Wright by Juan B. Gutierrez. To achieve this objective, the representation of the critical perspective of the narrative is specifically studied in terms of the implications of the close relationship between society and technology. This relationship is contextualized in the 1920s and 1990s, from a national perspective in Colombia towards a more global and futuristic view. The analysis of the fundamental aspects of the adaptive digital narrative mechanism in these literary works focuses on their portrayal of technology and its societal impact.
