"What 4-H club work is: 4-H Club work in Missouri is conducted by the Extension Service of the University of Missouri College of Agriculture and the U.S. Department of Agriculture in cooperation with counties, local communities and schools of the State. Through 4-H Club work, rural boys and girls, 10 to 21 years of age, in school and out of school, are taught better agricultural and home economics practices and the finer and more significant things of rural life."--Page 3.
