In the past few years, since the use of concrete has come into such general use, the great question which has come about is to the possibilities of making it watertight. Several different materials have been proven to be effective, and some others have been suggested. Oil has been tried by some experimenters. Owing to its cheapness and ease of application, it is one of the favorable ingredients.
