Abstract
When a 4-H Club is organized, someone must assume the responsibility for assuring the establishment of a strong club. This responsibility can best be assumed by a committee of parents; however, interested adults other than parents may also serve on such committees. Generally, three or four members are an adequate number for a committee. This responsibility can be shifted each year, so many can serve.
