Abstract
This newsletter corresponds with Lesson 8 of the Show Me Nutrition Third Grade curriculum. In this newsletter, families are encouraged to review the five step decision-making process to making healthy food choices. Helping children eat a variety of foods from each food group, as well as how to balance their food choices is addressed. A family-friendly recipe is also included.
