"To create a new hire orientation manual for outpatient therapy to make the orientation process easier. We expect this will improve satisfaction and efficiency during the orientation process. As outpatient therapy clinics continue to grow, a standardized way of orienting new employees will also make it easier for employees to transition from clinic to clinic during this time of growth.
