Abstract
Background: Gastrosplenic fistula (GSF) is a rare entity. Reported etiologies of GSF are splenic or gastric malignancies, splenic abscess, Crohn’s disease, gastric ulcers, and abdominal trauma. Here, we present a case of GSF from gastric ulcer resulting in life threatening bleeding.
