Abstract

In this present work, by varying the diet of animals (litters of puppies) and by examining the liver and kidney of these animals we will try to present data to show whether or not the lipase concentration of these organs has decreased or increased per unit of tissue. In addition, we shall endeavor to determine whether there is a definite relationship existing between the tissue lipase and the fat content of the tissue
