Abstract
"The objective of this research was to investigate the effect of mixed cultures of Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus oryzae, and Endomycopsis fibuligera in combination with Candida utilis on the fermentation of corn meal to improve its nutritive value. The %RNV of the mixed biomass was analyzed. Three vitamins, riboflavin, niacin, and thiamine were also determined."--Introduction.
