Abstract
This Doctoral Capstone Project aimed to address access to mental and physical health support for U.S. veterans in partnership with Guardian Hills Veterans Healing Center. The project involved updating previous intake and exit surveys, creating a comprehensive centralized database of resource to promote occupational engagement and improved quality of life, and education materials to increase understanding of service payment options. Evaluations at the completion of the project demonstrated improved understanding of and accessibility to resources and services, addressing gaps in veterans’ mental health care.
