"The objectives of this research are: 1. To reveal the changes that are taking place in egg production and in the marketing system; 2. To discover the major problems associated with procurement of eggs for breaking plants; 3. To evaluate the procedures used by processors in bringing eggs into breaking plants from the standpoint of cost and quality of predict that they are able to put on the market; 4. To develop information that farmers, processors and extension workers can use in locating flocks and plants where quality egg products can be turned exit at low cost."--Page 6.
