Abstract
On Mar. 6, 2008 Stuart Loory and four panelists look at the Russian presidential election and its outcome: Vladimir Putin anointed Dmitry Medvedev to succeed him as that nation’s President, and the president-elect chose none other than Putin himself to be his future prime minister.
