dc.description.abstract"The Mid-Missouri Associated Colleges and Universi- ties is a cooperative consortium of seven institutions located in central Missouri. Membership includes Central Methodist College in Fayette, Columbia and Stephens Col- leges and the University of Missouri-Columbia in Columbia, Westminster and William Woods Colleges in Fulton, and Lincoln University in Jefferson City. Consortium activities involve the Presidents and Chancellor, Deans, Registrars, Department Chairmen, certain faculty, and other institutional representatives in a variety of cooperative endeavors which benefits their respective student bodies. Students at participating institutions, for example, enjoy a reciprocal enrollment exchan9e at no additional charge in certain coursework which is not available to them otherwise. Other activities include joint degree programs, a sharing of library resources and certain faculty, and jointly sponsored workshops, institutes, master classes, and special events in the performing arts.
