Metadata[+] Show full item record
Epidemiologic correlations appear to be U-shaped and dose-dependent. Consumption of ≤2 drinks per day (≤24 g alcohol per day) is associated with a decreased risk of diabetes, whereas higher doses are associated with a rising risk. The clinical value of this association is unclear.
