In speaking of the icosahedron and other regular solids in the following work we shall include not only the space construction but also the sphere surface upon which the corners, edges and faces of the solids may be represented by means of projection from the middle point of the sphere. Of course many general forms might be found but we shall confine ourselves to the regular solids, that is, the regular tetrahedron, octahedron, cube, dodecahedron and icosahedron.eng
