Abstract: This study constitutes but a part of the results obtained from the Experiment "Uses to Which the Animal Puts Its Food" now being conducted by the University of Missouri, and considers the quantity, and to some extent the character, of the phosphorus contained in the organs, tissues, etc., of beef animals.
