Labeling Genetically Modified Foods : How Do US Consumers Want to See It Done?
Abstract
If genetically modified food labeling occurs, policymakers will need to consider the form of the program: Should it be mandatory? What should be labeled? What should be on the label? Who should be in charge? We present results of a nationally
representative survey of US adults aimed at answering these questions.
