dc.description.abstractThis study of the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) proposed concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) regulations was conducted at the request of the Committee on Agriculture, United States House of Representatives. The FAPRI staff at the University of Missouri worked with other members of the FAPRI consortium in responding to this Congressional reque st. Included in the consortium is the FAPRI unit at Iowa State University and the Agriculture and Food Policy Center (AFPC) at Texas A&M University.eng
