This handout provides tips for how to make healthy food decisions, as well as how to change unhealthy habits. This information has helpful tips for cooking and baking, including food substitutions and ways to have less sugar and fat, and more fiber in foods. Change doesn't happen overnight! Go slow. It is easier to make small changes over time than to change everything all at once.
