dc.description.abstract | This panel will consist of five graduate students from the Department of English: three poets (John A. Nieves, Liz Fletcher, Marc McKee), a fiction writer (Joanna Luloff) and a creative non-fiction writer (Robert Foreman). The panel will present creative works from the aforementioned genres that engage, analyze, express, create and interpret the body from a variety of different contexts. The goals of this panel are to illustrate the rich creative legacy of the body at MU and how integrally it shapes the creative process of writers who engage it. | eng |
