The Path Less Traveled.

Abstract

The author was invited to present to the Mid-America Association of Law Schools Education Committee a program about her experience translating paper-based tribal court documents into an online database. The scope included 8 tribes in the Northern Plains Intertribal Court of Appeals. The PowerPoint slides outline the grant planning phase I & II, implementation and examples of cases, codes and resolutions print documents that were digitized then organized using FolioViews software. Case and subject digests were created separately.
