Metadata[+] Show full item record
In women with SSRI-induced sexual dysfunction, a trial of bupropion sustained-release (SR) 150 mg twice daily for at least 12 weeks can improve sexual desire (SOR: A, RCTs with consistent results). Bupropion add-on treatment may also improve other aspects of sexual function, such as arousal, lubrication, orgasm, and satisfaction (SOR: B, inconsistent results from RCTs).
