Mindfulness to reduce depression

This RCT evaluated the effect of MBCT on patients with mild to moderate depression. This study compared patients who received an 11-session (5 hours each) MBCT training with required daily homework and 15-minute meditations (n=76) with patients who were wait-listed for the 3 months prior to receiving the same MBCT (n=75).
