    Abstract
This document summarizes work done at Los Alamos national lab on Hurricane damage prediction, specifically, to the electrical power grid. An older, heuristic model is compared with a new automated heuristic method and a new method of physically modeling hurricanes is developed in detail. The new CICLOPS modeling system is extensively tested and its use in a real life situation is illustrated.
