What's on the label?
Abstract
The Nutrition facts label give us information about servings, calories, fat, fiber, sodium and some vitamins and minerals. Ingredients are listed by weight. The ingredient with the greatest amount of weight is listed first; the ingredient with the smallest amount of weight is listed last. There are many ways you can discuss the information on the label and help your child learn how to use this information.
