In patients with anxiety or depression, does yoga reduce symptoms? Evidence-based answer: Practicing yoga, compared with usual care and a variety of other interventions, results in a moderate reduction in symptoms of depression and an inconsistent effect on symptoms of anxiety (SOR: B, meta-analyses and a systematic review of heterogeneous RCTs).
