dc.description.abstract | "In the magnetic testing of satellites and spacecraft, very homogeneous fields are needed. One method of obtaining such fields is to use a number of circular coils on a common axis. The parameters of the best three-and four-coil systems were obtained by making zero as many terms as possible of the series for the field along the axis of the system. The parameters are presented in the form of tables and curves."--Page 1. | eng |
