Abstract
"In this study the attempt has been made to collect data on the four varying factors in liver composition, - in fat; in lipase, in carbohydrate, and in amylase under conditions of one variant influencing metabolism with the hopes of discovering any interrelation of these factors in body metabolism. The variants chosen for the setting of the series of tests are (1) fasting and (2) feeding." -- Page 32.
