Wood fuel for heating
Abstract
"Heating value of properly prepared fuel wood compares favorably with other fuels. Where fuel wood can be obtained from a woodland as a result of 'timber stand improvement,' the woodland also benefits. During power failures or national emergency, wood can be an important source of heat."--First page.
