dc.description.abstract External cephalic version at term for women with a breech fetus will reduce the number of cesareans for malpresentation without significantly increasing the overall rate of severe adverse outcomes. Larger, randomized controlled trials are needed, however, to better assess rates of rare and minor complications. en_US
