What are the presenting symptoms for HELP syndrome?

Presenting symptoms of hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, and low platelets (HELLP) syndrome most commonly include right upper quadrant (RUQ) pain, nausea, vomiting, and headache. However, a minority of patients with HELLP syndrome may have none of these symptoms. (SOR B, based on retrospective cohort studies.)
