The mission of Educational Leadership, Policy and Foundations (ELPF) is to prepare and professionally advance educational leaders in the fields of P-12 and higher education. To align with this mission, we are driven by the following goals: To foster learning, listening, reflection and renewal; To promote diversity, equity and social justice; To emphasize critical inquiry, dialogue, effective communication and the importance of positive human relationships; To enhance the capacity of individuals to be education entrepreneurs and leaders of organizations, which reflect new practices and traditions; To create meaningful educational processes and experiences; To develop transformational/constructivist leaders; To create democratic educational arenas; To use technology to enhance educational experiences.
