The salary and wage budget would become effective Sept. 1, 1974. Additional funds will be available for meritorious performance. In accordance with the schedule for preparing the Academic Plan (President's Bulletin, 25 January 1974), this second tentative version of the Plan is now generally to be discussed on each campus. This calendar called for a first discussion draft to appear soon after February 27, 1974. This issue of the Bulletin carries the first tentative version of the University Academic Plan. Comments are to reach the Academic Planning Council by March 15.
