In medicine, the word "anastomosis" is used to indicate "a communication" or "the union of parts". We present this first issue of ANASTOMOSIS with the hope that it will bring about a communication between all the phases of our school and act as a union of the parts or a union of all the events and activities that have taken place in the School of Veterinary Medicine during the 1968-69 school year.
