The Proteomics Center provides advanced technologies in protein separation and mass spectrometry identification for researchers at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Services include two-dimensional electrophoresis, image analysis, in-gel digestion of proteins for mass spectrometry, mass spectrometry identification of proteins, intact mass analyses, and post-translational modifications.
