Immigrant Integration & Sustainable Rural Development: Linking Receiving & Newcomer Communities was a three-year competitive grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agriculture and Food Research Initiative (AFRI). The principal investigator (PI) was Dr. Corinne Valdivia; she worked with two co-PIs, Drs. Lisa Flores and Steve Jeanetta. The project ran from 2011-2015.
