Abstract
This dataset supports the article entitled: MIG-6 Regulates HDAC1-Mediated Angiogenesis and Tumorigenesis in PTEN-Deficient Endometrioid Endometrial Cancer. DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA: In this study Pgrcre/+ Ptenf/f Mig-6over female mice were generated by breeding Pgrcre/+Ptenf/f male with Mig-6over females. The total RNA from mouse uterus were isolated by QIAGEN RNeasy Mini Kit following the vendor's manual. The library was prepared by University of Missouri Genomic Technology Coe Total RNA Library Preparation (rRNA depletion) service. The raw reads were initially filtered by removing low quality reads (average quality scores >50) and aligned to the mm39 genome and assembled using Star 2.7.9a. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified by the exact negative binomial test in the EdgeR software. The file containing the normalized counts for each samples.
