Abstract
"This project aims to improve progressive activities for our patients as evidenced by: increased activity events (nursing and therapy) per patient by 20 percent, reduced Ventilator Associated Pneumonia(VAP) rate from 0.82 (FY15) to less than 0.76 (FY16) per 1,000 patient days, and reduced average number of ventilator days per ventilated patient by 10 percent in the Medical Intensive Care by June 2016."--Background.
