Abstract

This newsletter corresponds with Lesson 5 of the Show Me Nutrition Second Grade curriculum. Children and families are reminded of the importance of dairy foods in this newsletter. Also included are two dairy-centric recipes, tips to helping children choose dairy foods and tips on how to stay safe when handling foods.
