Abstract
"Sleep disturbances are common in older adults and significantly associated with comorbidities, pain intensity, and depressive symptoms. Interaction with others and participation in social activities helps older adults stay active and could promote sleep. Limited evidence fully explains the current incidence of sleep disturbances, the role of social connectedness and physical activity on sleep, as well as, self-care strategies of sleep disturbances in home-dwelling Thai older adults."--Introduction.
