"We aim to sustain our risk-adjusted mortality of less than 1.0 (stretch goal <0.75) for patients meeting injury inclusion criteria according to the American College of Surgeons (ACS) Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP) Benchmark score through continued documentation improvement, chart review and abstraction, and increased data capture according to National Trauma Data Bank (NTDB) guidelines."--Aim.
